General Terms of Sale and Use (GTSU)
These General Terms of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as GTSU) are established between the company Goorm, registered under number 920756228, with its registered office located at 110 rue de Fontenay, 94300 Vincennes, France, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Goorm website (www.goorm.fr) or use its services (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer” or “User”).
By placing an order or using the services, the Buyer accepts these GTSU in their entirety. Goorm reserves the right to modify these GTSU at any time without prior notice, and such modifications will be applicable from the time they are published online. The GTSU in effect at the time of the order are the ones that apply.
The Buyer confirms that they are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these General Terms of Sale and Use.
ARTICLE 1: Purpose
The purpose of these GTSU is to define the rights and obligations of Goorm regarding the purchase of food products through its website or by telephone, as well as the delivery of those products to the address specified by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 2: Order Placement

- The Buyer must provide the following information to successfully place an order:
- Product Identification: Clearly identify the selected products using the references listed on the website.
- Quantity: Specify the desired quantities of each product.
- Mode of Collection: Indicate whether the order will be picked up in person or delivered.
- Personal Identification: Provide essential personal details including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Delivery Information: Specify the delivery address, ensuring it is as detailed as possible (including building number, floor, access codes, etc.).
- The Buyer must provide the following information to successfully place an order:
- Order Confirmation:
- Once the order is placed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the order details. This confirmation constitutes the acceptance of the Buyer’s order.
ARTICLE 3: Products
The product sold by Goorm is designed for use and storage at ambient temperature. It does not require refrigeration and should be kept in a dry environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The shelf life of the product is specified on the packaging.
Goorm is not liable for any product degradation if the Buyer does not adhere to the recommended storage conditions.
ARTICLE 4: Prices
- Pricing Information:
- All prices listed on the Goorm website are in euros and include all applicable taxes (TTC).
- Goorm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices applicable to the Buyer will be those indicated at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 5: Refund and Return Policy
Non-Returnable Item Policy
- All food products sold on the Goorm website are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature.
- Legal Basis:
- In accordance with Article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate rapidly, specifically referring to food products.
- Customer Acknowledgment:
- The Buyer acknowledges and accepts that they cannot return any food items purchased from the Goorm website under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 6: Payment Methods
- Accepted Payment Method:
- Payment can only be made using a credit card.
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- Security Measures:
- Goorm ensures that all credit card transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway, safeguarding the Buyer’s payment information.
ARTICLE 7: Delivery

- Delivery times provided during order confirmation are estimates and are not guaranteed. Goorm is not liable for any delays in delivery.
- Delivery Risks:
- The risk of transport is borne entirely by the Buyer. Any issues regarding missing or damaged goods must be reported to Goorm upon receipt.
ARTICLE 8: Personal Data
- Goorm is committed to protecting the personal information of its Buyers. All personal data may be processed in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. Buyers have the right to access, modify, and delete their personal information at any time.
ARTICLE 9: Intellectual Property
- All elements of the Goorm website, including text, images, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Goorm. No reproduction or exploitation of these elements is permitted without prior written consent.
ARTICLE 10: Force Majeure
- Goorm shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these GTSU if such failure results from a case of force majeure, as defined by French law.
ARTICLE 11: Competent Court
- These GTSU are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Vincennes, France.
